The dr will use a 14fr latex free Foley for the start of the case. She will place the lonestar retractor with the hooks. She will place 2 Allis clamps and then she will take long pickups with teeth and inject 1% lidocaine with epi and then take a 15 blade and make an incision and then dissect with the metz. Adding some Allis clamps. Then she will take a 2-0 vloc to close the defect and once that is closed, she wil cut the excess tissue with curved mayo sx and the suture with a 2-0 vicryl SH. Once this is finished she will do a cystoscopy with a 70 degree cystoscope. Repeat the same steps for a posterior repair.
