Positioning: Supine (most doctors want the table positioned to be able to completely drop the foot part down)
Drapes: Half sheet or 3/4 drape under prepped leg, sticky U drape around leg, stockinette with Coban, extremity drape
The patient will be positioned supine on the bed with the footboard . . .

How is draping done? Is it a down sheet, stockinette wrapped with ace, u drape and then extremity drape?
Yes! Down sheet, stockinette with either coban and ace, U drape, and extremity drape.
