LeFort I Osteotomy

Left I osteotomies are done to correct deformities of the maxillomandibular and malocclusion. Class III malocclusion is the most common reason to perform a LeFort I. A facial assessment for facial aesthetics needs to be done prior to surgery, as well as orthodontic preparation.
