No contracts, no commitments, no hidden fees! We want everything fair and transparent.

Everyone is tired of Refund policies that (1) don’t tell you everything, (2) have some hidden fine print the company doesn’t want you to know, or (3) just keep you waiting for your money back… not with us!

If you’re not happy with for any reason at all within 30 days, contact us and we’ll be happy to help you out!**

Examples of reasons that are refunded

We refund when you just forgot to cancel the succeeding month and the only reason you remembered is because you received a charge that you don’t want on your account.

You have multiple subscriptions that you were not aware of i.e. 2 or more subscriptions and you only use one of those and unfortunately, you forgot that you had those other subscriptions.

You are unable to find setup you need or anyone to write one from the request setup page.

When you upgrade your account by accident or if the upgrade was for someone else.

At the end of the day, it’s always a case to case basis. If you have a specific reason why you want a refund, just contact us, tell us about the problem, and we’ll make sure you’re satisfied with the solution!
