Sacral Neuromodulation (SNM) (Interstim Placement) mayo stand and back table surgery setup

Sacral Neuromodulation is performed on patients who have overactive bladders.

Positioning: Prone with the legs slightly bent up, or the toes slightly hanging off the bed to watch for stimulation.

Drapes: Utility stick blue drapes (4), laparotomy drape or small procedure drape

Surgery Steps: The C-arm will be used . . .

    Here are my updated photos from today’s neuro mod stage 1 & 2 surgery. Our surgeon does them together now since insurance doesn’t cover the 2nd stage. She was running late so I was able to get the disposables from the rep & set them out! :) The only thing I don’t have is the battery pack.
