Profile picture centering issue

Question: My profile picture is not displaying correctly. What can I do?

Answer:

If your profile picture is not displaying correctly on CSTSetup.com, it may be due to the automatic cropping tool that adjusts images to fit the profile picture area. Here’s how to address this:

  1. Ensure Proper Image Dimensions:
    • Use an image with a clear and centered subject. Images with a 1:1 aspect ratio (square) generally work best.
  2. Upload a High-Resolution Image:
    • Higher resolution images tend to crop better and maintain quality.
  3. Use the Profile Picture Upload Feature:
    • Log in to CSTSetup.com and go to the homepage or “My Account” area.
    • Click on your profile picture to upload a new image.
  4. Adjust the Image:
    • The system will automatically crop the image to fit the profile picture area. Make sure the important parts of your image are centered to avoid being cut off.

If the issue persists, consider using an image with the subject more centrally located to ensure the cropping tool captures the main part of your picture accurately.
