What are the medications needed, incisions, and countable items?

In a basic cystoscopy there usually aren’t any medication, incisions, or countable items. Sometimes cysto packs comes with raytecs and a hypo and those can be counted but there is no incision made, so a lot of facility handbooks say you don’t need to count them. Always go by your facilities rules!
