Single-use, hands-free wound retractor: a protective sheath held open by an inner ring and an outer ring that sits on the skin. The outer ring comes rigid or flexible.
Primary uses

Holds an incision open evenly all the way around (360 degrees) and lines the wound edges with the sheath. Placed through a small thoracotomy in robotic mitral valve and myxoma surgery, into the vesicovaginal space in vNOTES hysterectomy, and at an abdominal opening for specimen removal.
