Every surgery has a tech at the table. We set up the room before anyone else walks in, hand every instrument, count every sponge, and go home when the last drape comes down. Nobody writes about us.

So we wrote it ourselves. CSTSetup started as one tech's notes on the drive home from clinicals, because nobody would tell a student what tomorrow's case needed until it was already too late.

It's now the setups programs teach from, the flashcards students drill, and the place techs are starting to tell each other the truth about where to work. Made by techs isn't a slogan here. It's the whole business.
