Rigid, tube-shaped laryngoscope with a side handle, built for the CO2 laser. The inside has a dull, non-reflective finish; two light carriers are attached to fiber-optic cables, and a built-in channel suctions smoke and steam.

Adult size, inner diameter about 10.7 mm, proximal opening about 20 x 19 mm (Teleflex Pilling). It has the same narrow shape as the standard Dedo-Pilling micro-laryngoscope.
