A pistol-grip rongeur with a long shaft and a guillotine-style tip: the top piece slides forward to bite against the footplate. Tips are angled 40 or 90 degrees, up- or down-biting, with bites of 1-6 mm. Ejector models have an ejector pin or bar at the jaw.
