Leyla Brain Retractor

A self-retaining, table-mounted retractor system: table clamps, U bars, C clamps and flexible snake arms that hold brain spatulas. Each arm is a chain of small ball-and-socket links on a tension cable; turning the knob tightens the cable and locks the arm in place.
