Lengths and variants
Bottom-up kits use a reusable introducer handle (classic TVT) or trocarTROH-karA sharp or bladed instrument inside a tube (cannula), used to pierce a body wall and leave the tube in place as a port.Full entry with their own plastic handles (TVT Exact). A top-down (abdominal) version uses abdominal guides and couplers. Mesh comes blue or undyed, mechanically cut or laser cut.
