Screwdriver, XL25
Also called Screwdriver Long XL25, Screwdriver Short XL25
XL25 screwdrivers, long and short, each with a retention pin that slides in through the back and is turned or pushed forward until its tip comes out of the driver tip to hold the screw.
Primary uses
What this instrument is on the table to do.
The short driver places distal locking screws; the long driver places proximal locking screws and the end cap. At removal the long driver takes out the end cap and locking screws. Shafts with a 12 mm hex quick coupling let a power tool start the screw, but the final turns are by hand.
