Removes bone screws from many makers' plate-and-screw systems during hardware removal by matching a blade to the screw head. It is also used when a screw is stripped or damaged.

KLS Martin set 50-600-00-04 holds 17 blades (numbered 1-18) and a handle. The blades fit slot, Centre Drive, cross-recessed, Phillips-head, hexagon and Torx/star heads on micro and mini screws of about 0.8-3.5 mm, plus one bone explantation blade.
