The case

An AV (arteriovenous) fistula is a surgical connection between an artery and a vein, usually in the arm, that is created to provide access for hemodialysis in patients with kidney failure. During the procedure, a surgeon connects an artery to a vein, which causes an increase in blood flow and causes the vein to become larger and stronger. This makes it easier to insert and remove needles for hemodialysis, which is a procedure that filters waste and excess fluid from the blood in patients with kidney failure. An AV fistula is considered the best type of access for hemodialysis because it provides good blood flow, is less likely to become infected, and has fewer complications compared to other types of access.

You don't need one. Without a date the daily lesson is 10 questions built from what you are weakest on. Set a date later and it grows on its own as the date gets closer.

What happens to my progress if I stop paying?

Is this enough on its own?
