Closed Reduction Internal Fixation (CRIF) is a surgical procedure used to treat bone fractures without making a large incision. Instead of exposing the fractured bone, the surgeon manually aligns it from the outside, typically guided by x-rays. Once aligned, the bone is internally stabilized using devices like pins or K-wires.
