Cup Impactor Bolt

Official 1 photo
System
Pro

A threaded bolt that screws fully into the acetabular cup and joins it to the cup bolt impactor.

Primary uses

What this instrument is on the table to do.

Lets the cup bolt impactor be attached and detached again and again. It may stay in the cup while the angle is checked. It is removed counterclockwise with the impactor, by hand with the straight impactor, or with the U-joint bolt driver, and put back the same way if the cup must be moved after trial reduction.
