Fine ear elevator with a small, flat, curved 'duckbill' tip about 2 to 3 mm wide, on a handle about 6 1/4 to 6 1/2 in long.
Primary uses

Tympanoplasty and myringoplasty: separates the temporalis fascia from the muscle when the graft is harvested (a narrow Shambaugh elevator can be used instead), and elevates the ear-canal skin before the graft is placed.
