A long, thin sinus forceps with ring handles set off to the side. Near the tip the shaft bends sharply upward, and small double-action cup jaws open at the end.
Primary uses

Reaches up into the frontal sinus and its recess during endoscopic sinus surgery to grasp and remove tissue.

The lengths, angles and patterns it comes in.
Tip angles 45, 55, 70, 90 and 110 degrees; cup jaws 2, 3 or 4 mm that open up and down (vertical) or side to side (horizontal); through-cutting versions; some have a Luer-lock flush port. Working length about 4¾ to 5½ in (12 to 14 cm). Examples: Integra MicroFrance 3711060 to 3711065; Sontec 468-332 to 468-339; Olympus 335401 to 335414.
