A fine ear knife on a long round handle. The tip is a very small round blade set at an angle to the shaft.
Primary uses

Separates the incus from the stapes (cuts the incudostapedial joint) during stapedectomy. It can also incise and dissect tissue in the ear canal and middle ear.

0.75 mm blade at 60 degrees, or 0.5 x 1.5 mm blade at 20 degrees (Integra Jarit, Integra MicroFrance). Malleable-shaft versions are made.
