Long ring-handled forceps. One jaw is a long probe with a ball tip and heavy serrations; the shorter jaw ends in a sharp, curved prong that meets the serrations when closed.

The probe goes into the cervical os and the prong grips the front lip of the cervix, so the uterus can be moved during laparoscopy to show the pelvic organs.
