Also called 3-n-1 Guide, Lapiplasty Cut Guide

Pro

A cutting guide that seats in the first TMT joint, with saw slots for the metatarsal and cuneiform cuts, pin holes for 2 mm half-pins and an offset pin hole. A Joint Seeker part sits in the joint and shows as a thin sliver on an AP gunsight fluoroscopy view.

Primary uses

What this instrument is on the table to do.

Inserted into the lateral corner of the first TMT joint after the Positioner sets the correction. It is fixed with two bicortical 2 mm half-pins driven to their laser marks plus a third offset pin, and the sagittal saw makes both cuts through it (vertical saw, slow pecking motion, full blade depth). It is then slid off the parallel pins.
