Multi-Axial Screw Driver
Also called Polyaxial screwdriver
A pedicle screw driver whose tip seats in the head of the screw, with a knob that threads the screw onto the tip so it is held rigidly in line with the shaft.

Inserting multi-axial pedicle screws. The screw is loaded by turning the knob clockwise, driven into the prepared pedicle about 50-80% into the vertebral body, then released by turning the knob counterclockwise.
