OPERACE Screw Recess Trial
Also called Screw Recess Trial
Thin, cream-colored plastic trials joined at one end in a snap-apart bundle, one trial per recess size. Each trial has a shaped tip that matches a Hex or Torx/StarDrive screw recess and is printed with its size and the matching insert number. They come sterile in a blister pack and are single use.
Primary uses
What this instrument is on the table to do.
Picks the right sterile screwdriver insert before opening it. A trial is snapped out, pressed into the cleaned screw recess and turned slightly; if too small take a larger one, if too large a smaller one. The trial that fits names the insert.
