A powered handpiece that drives Kirschner wires into bone. It is often the universal driver of an all-in-one power system, which takes collets and chucks for pin and wire driving as well as saw and drill attachments.

Drives K-wires in foot and other small-bone surgery. A power wire driver is used with the soft tissue set, small bone set and K-wires for bunion and other forefoot procedures; the Lapiplasty procedure uses a sagittal saw and wire driver.
