A ring-handled forceps with a ratchet and an angled shaft. The jaws are wide, curved, open loops with serrations that cup the top of the uterus.
Primary uses

Grasps and lifts the top (fundus) of the uterus to bring it up into view, as in abdominal hysterectomy. It is also on cesarean section trays.
