A stylus (Stryker 6541-3-601) with a gold tab and a gold button that sets the resection level. It clips into round holes on the top of the clamp jaws (where it can swivel) or hex-shaped holes on the bottom (where it is fixed).

Primary uses

What this instrument is on the table to do.

Sets how much patella bone is resected. In the bone-removing method it references the articular surface; in the bone-remaining method it references the patellar tendon side and sets how much bone stays.
