A 4.2 mm trocar, the inner piece of the three-part trocar assembly with the protection sleeve and 4.2 mm drill sleeve.
Primary uses
What this instrument is on the table to do.
Proximal locking. The assembled trocar, drill sleeve and protection sleeve go through the chosen aiming-arm hole and a stab incision down to bone. The protection sleeve is locked with a quarter turn, then the trocar is removed so the drill bit can pass.
