What it means
Two letters used in different fields. In lung testing, IC is inspiratory capacity, the most air a person can breathe in after a normal breath out. In urology it is interstitial cystitis, a long-term painful bladder condition. In emergency planning it is incident command, the system that runs a hospital's response to a disaster. Read it in context and ask if unsure.
