What it means
After the nurse recognizes the important cues (findings), analyzing them means thinking about how they fit together and what conditions or problems could explain them. The nurse compares the findings with what is expected for this client, their history and their treatment. Questions on this step ask which conditions a client is at risk for, or which findings point to a particular problem.
