A single-use set of parts that compresses the self-expanding Evolut PRO+ valve into the capsule of its delivery catheter: catheter tip guide tube, inflow cone, backplate, outflowOWT-flohThe flow of a fluid out of an organ, space or vessel.Full entry cone, and capsule guide tube with a locking collar. The catheter's packaging has a built-in loading bath with a mirror to check paddle placement, a swivel hinge, a locking clip and a removable tray of 3 rinsing bowls.

What it does and the lengths it comes in.
What it’s for
TAVR valve loading. The valve is rinsed in the rinsing bowls (about 500 mL of room-temperature saline in each; 15 seconds of gentle agitation in two bowls, then left in the third). It is loaded with the catheter end under cold sterile saline (0 to 8 degrees C) in the built-in bath: flush the capsule while submerging it, cool the valve, slide the capsule guide tube over the tip and lock the collar, put the valve inflow into the inflow cone with the paddle marked 'C' facing up, lock on the outflowOWT-flohThe flow of a fluid out of an organ, space or vessel.Full entry cone, then use the catheter tip guide tube to seat the paddles in their pockets before advancing the capsule slowly.

L-EVPROP2329US for 23, 26 and 29 mm valves (with catheter D-EVPROP2329US); L-EVPROP34US for the 34 mm valve (with catheter D-EVPROP34US).
