I'm not getting study reminders on my phone

The app asks to send notifications only after you finish your first study session, and it sends one reminder a day, only on days you have cards due. No cards due, no reminder. That's expected.
If you do have cards due and nothing arrives, check the switches below.
iPhone
- Settings → Notifications → CSTSetup → Allow Notifications on.
- Check that a Focus (the moon icon in Control Center) isn't silencing apps.
- Settings → Notifications → Scheduled Summary: make sure CSTSetup isn't being held for the summary.
Android
- Settings → Apps → CSTSetup → Notifications → on.
- Settings → Apps → CSTSetup → Battery → set to Unrestricted. Some phones, Samsung and Xiaomi especially, stop background apps from delivering.
- Check Do Not Disturb isn't on.
Reminders come from the app
The website doesn't send reminders. If you've never installed the app, there's nothing to turn on; install it and finish one study session, and it will ask.
