How do I delete my account?

If you're trying to stop being charged, you want to cancel, not delete. See How do I cancel my subscription? Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; Apple or Google will keep billing you.
To delete
On the website, go to Dashboard → Security → Delete User Account. We show you exactly what will be removed and ask for a 6-digit code: from your authenticator app if you've set one up, otherwise emailed to you. Confirm, and it's done immediately.
What is deleted
Permanently: your profile, setups and decks you created, photos you uploaded, your study history and your notifications. There is no undo.
Students in a program
Talk to your instructor before deleting. Your case logs and clinical hours are part of your program's records, and your instructor may need them for your certification paperwork.
