How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel from wherever you bought it. There are three possibilities, and only one of them is us.

First, find out where you're billed

Sign in on the website and open Dashboard → Billing. The Subscription History table shows a Source for each subscription:

• Stripe means you bought it on the website.
• Apple means you bought it in the iPhone or iPad app.
• Google means you bought it in the Android app.

The button on that row takes you to the right place to cancel.

Bought on the website

Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Billing. That opens our billing portal. Choose Cancel plan and confirm.

Back on the Billing tab you'll see "Cancellation scheduled — access valid until" and a date. You keep Pro until that date and you are not charged again.

Bought on an iPhone or iPad

Open Settings on the device → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → CSTSetup → Cancel Subscription.

You can also do it in the App Store app: tap your photo in the top corner → Subscriptions.

Apple manages this subscription. We can't cancel it for you, and we can't see your Apple payment details.

Bought on an Android phone

Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CSTSetup → Cancel subscription.

Google manages this one. We can't cancel it from our side.

Three things people get wrong

• Deleting the app does not cancel. Apple and Google keep billing until you cancel in Settings or in Play.
• Deleting your CSTSetup account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel first, then delete if you still want to. See How do I delete my account?
• You don't lose anything you made. After cancelling, your account drops to Free at the end of the paid period. Setups you created, your study history and your program case logs all stay.
