I forgot to clock out, or clocked in at the wrong site
Tell your instructor. Only an instructor can correct a shift's times or site; you can't edit your own. The correction keeps a record of what you originally tapped, so an honest fix never looks like tampering.
Forgot to clock out
You can only have one shift open at a time. If you forgot to clock out yesterday, you'll see "You're clocked in" with yesterday's start time. Clock out now, then ask your instructor to fix the end time. Add a line in the shift note so they can see what happened.
Clocked in at the wrong site
Clock out, tell your instructor, and clock in again at the right site. The wrong one will show up flagged for them to sort out.
Forgot to clock in at all
Your instructor can add a shift for you with the right times. Send them the date, the site and your start and end times.
