Recent System Migration & Mobile App Updates

We recently upgraded our backend systems. If you are experiencing issues with Pro subscription access or using our mobile apps on iOS or Android, please review the two scenarios and solutions below:

Using the Older Mobile App Version?

The Issue: If you are on the legacy mobile app version, you will see the website interface inside the app and your logged-out Apple or Google Play Pro purchase will not work.

Solution: Update the app in your device's App Store or Google Play Store. If an update is not showing as available, uninstall and reinstall the app to force download the latest release.

New App & Pro Purchased Without an Account?

The Issue: If you are on the new app and purchased Pro without attaching it to an account (guest / anonymous purchase), Pro features will not activate while logged out.

Solution: Sign up for a free account inside the app. Once registered, Pro access will automatically link and be granted to your new account.
Status: We are actively working on resolving these issues. A permanent update has already been submitted and is currently pending App Store and Google Play approval.
