My GPS clock-in isn't working on my iPhone or Android
You are never blocked from clocking in, but a missing location means work for your instructor. Every location switch on iPhone and Android, for the website and the app.
Why does my case say Second Scrub when I did the whole case?
Your role comes from the five-item checklist on the case form. All five (or N/A) is First Scrub; one to four is Second Scrub; none is Observation.
How does my preceptor sign off my case?
Your preceptor doesn't need an account. Show them the sign-off code on your program page; they scan it and sign your recent cases from their phone.
I forgot to clock out, or clocked in at the wrong site
Tell your instructor. Only an instructor can correct a shift's times or site, and the correction keeps a record of what you originally tapped.
I got an invitation email. How do I join my program?
Tap Open your invitation and sign in with the same email the invitation was sent to. Why the program page says not found, and what to do about it.
Open the closest answer: each one ends with a box that reaches a person. Or search every answer from the bar at the top.
