Exams & Practice Tests
How practice picks your questions, how the timed exam is built, today's five, your score, and where the questions come from.
Which exams can I practice for?
Practice tests for seven exams: the NBSTSA CST and CSFA, NCCT TS-C, HSPA CRCST, CBSPD CSPDT, NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN. Five free questions a day on each, and Pro opens all seven.
What is today's five?
Five real questions on every exam page, the same five for everyone, new every day at midnight, free with no account needed.
How does the practice test choose my questions?
Every practice set is built for you: aimed so you get about 3 in 4 right, leaning on your weakest area, with misses brought back when you are ready.
Where do the questions come from, and who checks them?
Written questions are checked against the textbooks and standards the exams use and cite their source; instrument questions use the library's real photos.
What does my score mean, and how do I know I'm ready?
Your score is the percent right over your last 100 answers, next to the pass mark. Every area is scored too, and the page says what to do next.
How is the timed exam built?
The real exam's length, time limit and pass mark, dealt by area in the official outline's shares, at the same difficulty for every student.
