Which certification exams can I practice for?

CSTSetup has practice tests for five certification exams. Each one has its own questions, its own content outline and its own timed exam, set to the real exam's length, time limit and pass mark.

The five exams

• NBSTSA CST, Certified Surgical Technologist. Timed exam: 175 questions in 4 hours, pass mark 68%.
• NCCT TS-C, Tech in Surgery – Certified. Timed exam: 175 questions in 4 hours, pass mark 70%.
• NBSTSA CSFA, Certified Surgical First Assistant. Timed exam: 175 questions in 4 hours, pass mark 66%.
• HSPA CRCST, Certified Registered Central Service Technician. Timed exam: 150 questions in 3 hours, pass mark 70%.
• CBSPD CSPDT, Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician. Timed exam: 150 questions in 3 hours, pass mark 70%.

Pro opens everything else on all five exams with one subscription: every practice question, the timed exam and your score by area. Exams are not sold one at a time.

Choosing your exam

Pick the exam you're taking in Dashboard → Settings → Your exam. From then on, Exam Prep at the top of the site opens your exam's page. You can change it any time, and with Pro you can practice any of the five whichever one you picked.

On your phone

An exam that has its own app shows App Store and Google Play buttons on its page. The app signs in with your CSTSetup account.
